I wanted to let you know that we finally have approval for our 20 hr NY SAFE Comprehensive online course and the course is now available on our  website.   A few notes about the online courses (one pre-licensing and 2 online review courses)

20 hour New York State SAFE Comprehensive pre-licensing online course

• 2 week course – actual start date and end date for course- listed when you sign up.  The student’s course completion date will be the end date of the course.  The student can’t complete the course BEFORE the last day of the course.

• We will have a course starting online- the start and end dates are listed when you enroll.

• While the course is instructor-led, the student does NOT have to be online at a particular time during the day.  The instructor communicates with the student via email/message board throughout the course.

• We received approval for this course under the name of Association of Mortgage Educators.  We will be submitting the student’s hours to the N.M.L.S.
