Use the latest year offered- They are about to come out with 2008, and currently have 2005, 2006 and 2007 in their system (use 2007). By entering an address, you can find out virtually everything about the neighborhood. This is especially of benefit to those who perform nartrative appraisals. Home Inspectors can also learn about the neighborhood, vacancy rates, owner occupied versus Tenant occupied dwellings, board up- vacant homes, etc.
