To Apply, at no charge, you must e-mail:
List your Name
Your Business Name
Your Address
Your Phone Number
Your Fax Number
And your NYS License Classification
ie: Licensed, Certified Residential or Certified General
And your Exact License # from NYS
Within 5-7 working days you should receive a reply, in which you will receive both your User Name and Password
